Our instructor, Catherine Golden, is currently a student at Texas Woman’s University earning her bachelor’s degree in dance. She started dancing at DBA in 2011 and has performed with Festival Ballet of North Texas for 13 years. She attended Joffrey’s Summer Intensive in New York and was accepted into their year round program.
Catherine also attended the Denton Ballet Academy summer intensive for four years. She competed in YAGP in 2018 and 2019 with pieces choreographed by Jenifer Austin. She is very grateful for all the support from DBA and for the opportunity to teach at her home studio.
